The successful candidate will have relevant experience of working in early learning and childcare and will be able to demonstrate the required skills and competencies of the role. As a Senior Early Childhood Educator you will support the management, planning and implementing of a flexible, high quality service, which is appropriate to the needs of children and families in the nursery and the wider community.
We are looking for a Senior Early Childhood Educator who will inspire, motivate, support and challenge colleagues in the development of their own practice. You will support the implementation of suitable programmes of learning opportunities which meet the needs of the individual child in line with Local and National Guidance. You will hold or be willing to work towards a relevant level 9 practice qualification, for example, BA Childhood Practice.
Applicants should be explicit in detailing the required skills, experience and attributes that you are able to bring to this post. You will be registered as a Manager with the SSSC prior to appointment, or within 6 months of your appointment. This is a full time post, the applicant must be able to work between the hours of 8.00am-6.00pm.
