Full Job Description
- Work with project team to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Understand and absorb information from technical documents.
- Assess labour, plant and material requirements.
- Produce quantities for estimates in line with WBS.
- Identify value generation opportunities.
- Undertake benchmarking.
- Monitor project costs against estimate to provide feedback and support benchmarking data generation.
Experience estimator to undertake cost planning and estimating across all aspects of construction for major projects covering the development and design project lifecycle stages. Utilising appropriate Method of Measurements, e.g. Civil Engineering Standard Method of Measurement and New Rules of Measurement.
