Full Job Description

iMultiply are excited to be working in partnership with an organisation in Edinburgh who are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis, with an immediate start.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage cash book, reconciliations, and set up payment links
  • Oversee debtor accounts, produce aged debt reports, and update the debt recovery system.
  • Compile unpaid invoices, run payments, produce reports, and manage remittances.
  • Generate aged creditors report to identify unpaid balances.
  • Organise documentation prior to payment runs and set up vendor forms.
  • Create invoices for projects, property, and monthly fees.
  • Reconcile monthly debtors and creditors; generate IT cost reports.
  • Handle various administrative finance tasks as required.
  • Independently address issues, suggesting solutions and ensuring seamless information flow.
  • Manage own workload, using discretion to meet objectives.

 

Experience and Skills Required:

 

  • Degree or equivalent in finance, with 2+ years in a financial role. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, strong organisational skills, effective communicator.
  • AAT qualified, advanced Excel skills, prior finance experience.

 

 

On Offer

 

Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 35 hours/week, with flexibility when needed. This position offers a competitive salary and will be a great step in your career.
