Bring us your capability, and we'll help you take it much, much further. What you'll be doing As a Senior Foreman you will have the following accountabilities,
- Manage and lead elements of the project team, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee safety protocols, promoting a culture of "Zero Harm" and continuous improvement.
- Develop and review short-term programmes aligned with overall project goals.
- Manage subcontractors, labour, and materials efficiently.
Significant experience in site management within heavy civils and earthworks, preferably managing large complex projects. - Strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills.
- SMSTS accreditation and a valid CSCS card.
- A relevant construction-oriented qualification (minimum SVQ Level 4 or NVQ Level 5) or equivalent vocational/trade qualifications.
- Excellent communication and financial management skills.
