Full Job Description

Anderson Knight are working exclusively with a reputable organisation who are seeking a proactive and driven Senior HR Advisor to join their growing HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys getting involved in a broad range of HR activities.


In this key role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR operations, providing guidance across a variety of HR functions, and playing a pivotal role in the recruitment process. You’ll collaborate closely with managers, employees, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations and contribute to the company’s vibrant culture.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Advise and support line managers on handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate selection through to onboarding new hires.
  • Support performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing coaching to managers.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyse data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Participate in initiatives designed to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with relevant employment legislation and company policies.

What We’re Looking For:


  • Strong generalist HR experience, with a broad understanding of all aspects of HR operations.
  • Proven experience supporting employee relations, recruitment, and performance management processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused attitude.
  • Ideally, CIPD qualified (or working towards), although not essential.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
