In this full-time role, you'll support the Group HR Manager, becoming a key player in a small team providing crucial operational HR support across the group.,
- Expert Guidance: Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Project Leadership: Lead HR projects and initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Training Development: Develop and support our HR management training programme.
- System Support: Assist in the development of our Cezanne HR System.
- Recruitment Support: Aid our Talent Acquisition Partner in the recruitment process.
- Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies.
- Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyse HR metrics and provide insights for improvement.

This role is perfect for an ambitious HR Advisor who is ready to advance their career and make a substantial impact on our HR operations, We are seeking a proactive, solutions driven HR professional with a passion for making a difference. - At least 3 years' experience as an HR generalist.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Cezanne HR or equivalent HR system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
