Senior HR Advisor

In this full-time role, you'll support the Group HR Manager, becoming a key player in a small team providing crucial operational HR support across the group.,

• Expert Guidance: Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Project Leadership: Lead HR projects and initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
• Training Development: Develop and support our HR management training programme.
• System Support: Assist in the development of our Cezanne HR System.
• Recruitment Support: Aid our Talent Acquisition Partner in the recruitment process.
• Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies.
• Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyse HR metrics and provide insights for improvement.

• At least 3 years' experience as an HR generalist.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is preferred.
• Proficiency in Cezanne HR or equivalent HR system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
