Join our dynamic team as a Senior Marketing Consultant and play a pivotal role in shaping the Brand & Marketing supplier relationships and onboarding processes for our incoming Aegon Protection Book of Business.

This opportunity calls for a strategic leader, who will ensure seamless integration of new suppliers within our established Brand & Marketing framework, maintaining the highest standards of Risk & Controls and operational excellence.

About the role

  • Provide expert Aegon knowledge and enable the delivery of the marketing operations plan.

  • Work collaboratively with all colleagues in the wider business and within the Brand & Marketing function to ensure the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of marketing operations activity.

  • Ensure that all activities are planned and delivered in a way that supports our strategic shifts and builds the necessary marketing capabilities to optimise the value of our activities.

  • Support the day-to-day management of the team budget requirements.

  • Identify operational marketing capabilities to optimise the value of our activities.

  • Identify, evolve and streamline the key marketing processes that are used to safely deliver the workstream requirements.

    Supplier Relationship Management experience.

  • Production Knowledge - both print and production.

  • Demonstrate excellence in planning, process development, budget control and risk management.

  • Strong understanding of the financial services regulatory and legislative environment that we need to operate within.

  • Demonstrate excellence in driving change, agile ways of working and continuous improvement methods.

  • Excellent project management skills.
