Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit a permanent Senior Procurement Officer in to a busy team who deliver procurements for our Resources, Education and Health & Social Care Services.

Based in the Procurement Service within Finance and reporting to a Team Manager you will require to take ownership of the tendering process for a wide range of goods, services and/or works, including Mini Competitions, EU and Regulated procurement.

You will provide expert specialist procurement advice and guidance to suppliers, client departments, colleagues and external stakeholders, delivering a customer focused and professional service., To deliver an efficient service safeguarding taxpayer assets and supporting services to effectively manage their resources.
