Senior Property Manager

We are excited to be working in partnership with a highly successful and established client located in Glasgow who are looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who offers factoring experience and a good understanding of the Code of Conduct within Property Factors (Scotland).

Within this role you will deal with day to day management matters, engaging with clients on complex issues via over the phone of in person.

Working as part of a truly successful team their approach means repairs, proposed works, contract management, insurance and general enquiries are addressed by dedicated teams and the Property Manager can remain proactive and efficient.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional factoring service to all clients by maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Meet owners in the office and onsite and conduct formal meetings as required
• Responding a professional manner to a high volume of emails
• Carrying out regular visits to developments to ensure that client expectations on going services and repairs are being met
• All connected administration, communicating via email, letter and phone calls
• Be part of ongoing training and support to enhance skills and kept up to date on legislations

To be considered for this opportunity, our client does require the following experience /background:

• Previous factoring experience is essential within this role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, professional and articulate
• Ability to prioritise and problem solve
• Manage a variety of tasks
• Driving license is required due to the nature of this role

In return:

• Full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday
• Working Hours – 8-4pm / 9-5pm or 10-6pm
• Optional hybrid working available 1 day per week
• Access to pool cars for onsite use
• Fantastic starting salary which will be discussed at time of application
