Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and will play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring financial efficiency, and providing expert advice throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and budgets for various projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to support project decision-making.
  • Monitor project progress and financial performance, identifying and addressing any issues.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes.
  • Prepare and review tender documentation, bids, and contractual agreements.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (RICS accreditation preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and procurement processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
