Senior Quantity Surveyor

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing Civil Engineering business. This national contractor are involved in a variety of work from short 1-2 day turnaround projects to major lump sum infrastructure works.

As a Senior QS, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the cost management process for designated projects. You will ensure that contracts are delivered on budget while upholding the company's high standards and values. Key responsibilities include cost management, procurement, valuation of variations, contract administration, financial reporting, risk management, and compliance.

Application Requirements:

• Significant experience in a contracting QS role is essential (Civil Engineering experience preferred but not essential)
• Mid-level QS and Senior QS will be considered
• Applicants should have experience as the commercial lead on bespoke contracts
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Strong IT skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
