Provide real-time drilling support by monitoring and analyzing drilling data from various sources (various service providers).
Perform QC & ensure the data quality covering the three aspects: Data Integrity, Data Completeness and Data Reliability.
Analyze data to identify and highlight potential drilling issues.
Coordinate with 3^rd party vendors, field teams, and product vendors to ensure the highest level of data quality and minimal downtime for the applications.
Maintain communication with field personnel and provide guidance as needed.
Develop and maintain technical reports related to the drilling operations., We are seeking a highly motivated Upstream Real-Time Drilling Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide real-time drilling support for the Wells & Drilling applications and analytics solutions, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime during drilling activities. The support engineer would be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to support the drilling operations around the globe.

Bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering, Geology, or a related field.
Extensive experience in upstream oil and gas operations, with a focus on drilling.
Strong knowledge of drilling technologies and practices.
Experience with real-time drilling software, their operation and maintenance.
Proficiency with upstream data standards, their transmission, storage and interpretation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work on-call and extended hours as needed.
