Contract Scotland has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior New Home Sales Advisor to join our client, an award winning house builder in the Inverness area. This is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and the chance to develop your career with a business who continually develops and evolves. 

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive strong basic salary and commission. 

You will be responsible for securing new home sales and managing the customer journey ensuring customer satisfaction is met at all times, from initial inquiry to property handover. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Meet and greet Clients on site
  • Assist clients throughout the process with their selections/choices
  • Secure sales of properties within budget and process all sales administration
  • Ensure presentation of show home is kept to a high standard at all times
  • Monitor general presentation of site and report any non-compliance
  • Collation and research of competitor sales
  • Regular progress/update reports to be submitted
  • Monitor survey feedback
  • Assist with Site Manager on handover of completed property to client
  • Monitor entry dates, conclusion of missives, sales incentive plans and packages
  • Observe Health & Safety regulations at all times
