Role Overview:

Customer Relationships & Sales: Build and maintain positive customer relationships, understanding needs, offering tailored solutions, and conducting effective presentations and test drives.

Sales Targets & CRM Management: Achieve monthly sales targets for new, used, and demo vehicles, finance, and insurance; utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and manage leads.

Inventory & Vehicle Presentation: Appraise part exchanges, maintain company vehicles for demonstrations, and ensure effective vehicle display and online visibility to increase sales opportunities.

Team Collaboration & Strategy: Work with the Sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies, participate in meetings, and contribute to the overall success of the department.

Administration & Reporting: Ensure accurate completion of paperwork, generate regular performance reports, and assist with valuations and inter-company stock management when needed.
