Full Job Description

As an SAP S4 / HANA LE / IM & WM Consultant, you will work as part of a great team shaping and delivering the latest processes and solutions to a wide and varied set of clients, across many different industry sectors.

Working alongside Capgemini's team of specialists in our Supply Chain Management Capability in delivering innovative projects to our existing and new clients, you will also have opportunities to develop our pipeline for future projects.

This role is a unique chance to work with the latest technologies, for example : S / 4HANA, IoT, UI5, Digital, Cloud and Mobile, helping Clients renew their enterprise as they move through their transformation journeys.

You will be working on single or multiple project lifecycles, at any or all stages, from shaping the transformation roadmap, through agile delivery to post go live support.

Your knowledge of the SAP Demand to Supply area, with a strong focus on Inventory and Warehouse Management functionality and its integration with Production Planning, Quality Management, and Logistics solutions will allow you to shape, build and deliver solutions in your functional area as well as contribute to the growth of the SAP SCM Capability.,

  • Configure the SAP system to support logistics and inventory & warehouse processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.

  • Establish and maintain a trustworthy rapport with client stakeholders, earning the reputation of a Trusted Advisor

  • Being responsible for converting a corporate use case into an elaborate solution design

  • Working as part of the team and with various other business units in collaborative environments, contributing to team success through your proactive approach, flexibility, and willingness to support colleagues.

  • Lead and participate in SAP LE / IM & WM project implementations, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new deployments.

  • Consulting experience in SAP S4 / HANA or ECC working across LE / IM & WM

  • Multiple end to end design and implementation programmes within S4 / HANA or ECC for logistic execution, inventory management and warehouse management

  • Adept at designing and optimizing logistics, inventory management and warehouse processes to meet business requirements.

  • Experience in project management methodologies and tools is preferred such as JIRA, Solution Manager and Signavio

  • SAP S4 / HANA certification is preferable in either Materials Management, Inventory Management or Warehouse Management

  • Experience in Extended Warehouse Management would be desirable but not essential.

  • You will have a depth of consulting and functional experience of working across two or more additional SAP Supply Chain business process : Inventory and Warehouse Management, Materials Management, Manufacturing (Planning, scheduling, and Execution), Quality Management, Procure to Pay, Supply Chain Planning (Strategic and Operational).

  • Be proficient and have hands on config experience and capabilities to support :

  • Production Supply and Kitting

  • Inbound processing (and put away) including integration with Quality

  • Internal Warehouse processing including

  • Physical inventory and reporting and internal stock movements.

  • Outbound processing including picking.

  • Barcode and / or RFID scanning solutions


  • Your Security Clearance

    To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
