  • Recommend security design across several projects or technologies, up to an organisational or inter-organisational level

  • Experience developing and implementing security strategies that embed best practices within multi-disciplinary product teams
  • Experience collaborating with Technical Architects to ensure security is an integral part of the design and architecture process.
  • Experience engaging with the wider security and privacy teams to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable security capabilities.
  • Experience collaborating to ensure that security solutions align with the broader organisational security and privacy goals.
  • Able to provide expert guidance to multi-disciplinary product teams, setting security standards and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Experience setting strategic direction on security architecture, capability and operations.
  • Ability to identify and define security controls per evolving requirements and threat landscape.
  • Understand wider Group Security policy and ability to develop and communicate security standards, patterns, procedures and guidelines that can be implemented effectively by the product teams.
  • Monitor and assess security controls across End User Compute Services to maintain a strong security posture
  • Experience ensuring appropriate governance, and proportionate effective security monitoring is in place services relative to the risk appetite and tolerance of an organisation.
  • Experience working with wider security teams and acting as a security champion within End User Compute Services to ensure a proactive and security-conscious culture.

  • You will also be required to develop and deliver a presentation on a topic which will be provided if you are successfully sifted through to interview. A diverse panel will review your application against the Person Specification above. Successful candidates who meet the required standard will then be invited to a 1-hour panel interview held via video conference.     The national salary range is £54,358 - £61,585, London salary range is £58,847 - £66,670. Your salary will be dependent on your base location Total pay in the range of '£50,001 to £60,000, £60,001 and over' are subject to capability, skills and experience.
