Role Overview

Customer Interaction & Needs Assessment: Greet customers professionally, assess their vehicle service or repair needs, and provide informed recommendations.

Work Estimates & Communication: Provide clear estimates, obtain authorisation for additional work, and maintain transparency with customers regarding service.

Workshop Management & Records: Monitor workshop progress, manage workload efficiently, and maintain detailed records of customer instructions and work.

Financial Oversight & Invoicing: Prepare accurate invoices, monitor department financial performance, and implement corrective actions for improvement.

Team Collaboration & Customer Satisfaction: Address complaints promptly, maintain a professional reception area, and support fellow Service Advisors in a team environment.
