Full Job Description

Your expertise in cloud solutions, CRM systems, and SQL will be crucial in supporting our customers in over 15 countries. If you are passionate about innovation, continuous improvement, and advancing your career in the healthcare sector, we would love to hear from you!, Reporting to our Director of Client Solutions, your main focus will be to support our customers, both on-demand and proactively, making sure our implemented systems are performing optimally.

This role offers exciting travel opportunities, as you may be required to visit customers across the UK and Europe.

As our Client Solutions Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for:

- Supervising daily routines & processes to ensure the smooth running of customer's tools, acting on any implementations needed.

- Ensuring customer standards, processes and best practices are identified and implemented.

- Actioning support queries from customers, adhering to our SLAs.

- Advising and recommending appropriate solutions & alternatives.

- Building positive relationships with customers and reporting accurately on all operational & technical aspects of the client's maintenance.

- Exploring and contributing to new ways of implementing IM technology.

- Managing accounts ensuring the delivered solutions are working effectively.

Experience in the same or a similar role.

- A degree in Computer Science.

- Good problem solving ability.

- Passion for achieving excellent customer satisfaction.

- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and Transact SQL.

- Ability to work to agreed timescales, keeping customers informed of any delays.

- Confidence in a customer facing role with excellent interpersonal & relationship building skills.

In order to be successful in this role it would be great if you had:

- Experience supporting global customers.

- Knowledge in Snowflake and data-cloud technologies.

- Knowledge in Logi Analytics, Tableau and business analytics tools.

- Knowledge regarding web-based technology and related products (.NET based development, HTML, JavaScript, CSS.).
