Position

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Staff Nurse at University Hospital Crosshouse.

What you will do:

We are pleased to announce an exciting development opportunity as a paediatric senior staff nurse.

You will be required to work clinically and will also line manage a team of staff, who work within the Childrens Unit.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:

• Registered Childrens Nurse on the relevant part of the NMC register.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development through maintenance of an NMC revalidation or equivalent.
• Paediatric Intermediate Life Support
• Advanced Paediatric Life Support (desirable)
• Post graduate modules undertaken in specialist area or evidence of continuing professional development.

Hours:

34.5 per week
