Student Lifecycle Services follows the lifecycle of the student population from admissions, registration, and examinations through to final award and graduation. Working under the direction of the Student Business Team Managers the successful candidate will contribute to the day-to-day operation of the Student Business Team in terms of service delivery and customer service, ensuring effectiveness and quality. You will work collaboratively with other teams within the Admissions and Student Lifecycle Services department to deliver an excellent customer service to our students and you will provide information, advice and support to academic departments. You will also work closely with our IS colleagues to inform and develop the student record systems.

To be considered for the role, you will be educated to a minimum of HNC level in a relevant subject or you will have significant experience in a similar role. You will have excellent organisational/planning skills, a wide range of IT skills, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and you must have the versatility and enthusiasm to embrace new challenges. You will be capable of undertaking the role with a high level of personal responsibility and initiative and you must be comfortable and effective in interacting with, and influencing, key internal and external stakeholders at a wide range of levels. Some aspects of delivery will require a degree of independence and therefore a high level of personal confidence, flexibility and adaptability is vital. Previous experience of a student record system would be advantageous.
