Senior Support Worker - Falkirk Are you looking for a new role where you are able to make positive changes to someone's daily life? Are you passionate and have a genuine desire to help others? Montana Home Care is looking for a Senior Support Worker to be based from our office in Falkirk. A Driver required for this role. £25k per annum and 40p paid per mile The successful candidate must be fully flexible and will work 5 days over 7 with On Call duties included on a rota basis with an additional payment for your on call duties. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to join our team in Falkirk. We are looking for an individual who is solutions focused and are capable of balancing a number of conflicting priorities whilst remaining professional and delivering the highest possible levels of service delivery. As a Senior Support worker you will provide hands on support in the community as the link between the People we Support, Customers and Support Workers. You

will also attend reviews, complete spot checks, be an integral part of support planning to provide the best outcomes to the individuals we support. You will be logical, analytical, organised and pay attention to detail. Resilience, confidence and communication skills are key. You will be capable of working within a regulatory framework and seek to ensure the highest standards of care are at the heart of every aspect of our service. We require someone who has previous homecare experience and due to the nature of our work and location you must be a driver with access to a vehicle. You will be required to participate in the on call rota, which will include evenings, nights and weekends. You may also be required to deliver care services at short notice as part of your "on call" responsibilities. Due to the responsibilities of the role we would also require the successful candidate to be computer literate. A SVQ Level 2 or 3 is desirable for this position but not
required. Due to the nature of this role a PVG will be required.
