Full Job Description

  • Having oversight of support packages including reviewing care plans and outcomes for the people we support

  • Supporting the development of the staff team, including conducting supervisions and appraisals, ensuring staff have access to suitable learning and development opportunities and presenting self as a role model/mentor

  • Assisting with the smooth running and day to day operations of the service

    Your role is to provide person-centred support which enables the people we support to live the life they choose.

    In line with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) registration, successful candidates will work towards relevant qualifications.

    Membership of the PVG scheme is an essential requirement of the post and the National Autistic Society will cover the cost of your application.

    This advert is for a full-time position 37 Hours. The starting salary for this position is £24,088.88 per annum.
