Full Job Description

You will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts for both onshore and offshore roles in the UK, Europe and America. Supporting hiring managers by attracting and selecting high-quality candidates. You will have the opportunity to work on specific projects related to workforce planning and talent pipelines, aiming to enhance the overall recruitment process and meet the company's staffing needs efficiently. You'll build relationships with stakeholders, ensuring a smooth recruitment process for candidates, and contributing to the strategic growth of the company by hiring the best talent available. You will play a crucial role in mentoring new members of the talent team as we grow and implementing best practices in recruitment to ensure the business hires the best possible people at the right time This role may require occasional travel and support with hiring contract and permanent offshore crew during peak recruitment periods.   • 30 days: Familiarise with the company's recruitment processes, key stakeholders, and ongoing recruitment needs starting to own roles
  • 60 days: Start leading recruitment projects, engage with hiring managers, candidates, and begin to streamline recruitment processes.
  • 90 days and beyond: Fully manage the recruitment lifecycle for both onshore and offshore roles, introduce process improvements, achieve set hiring targets and lead on key projects., At Beam, we've designed a straightforward interview process to ensure the best fit for both you and the company. We have adopted anonymised recruitment. This means that your name, date of birth and other personal details will not be seen by the hiring team.

  • Executive Conversation: Meet with an executive for a 30-minute discussion. This is your opportunity to express your thoughts on the role and ask any final questions. We'll clarify expectations and ensure this role aligns with your aspirations.

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, specifically in recruiting for onshore and offshore roles ideally in Subsea or Survey services
  • Excellent understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and modern recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Exceptional rganizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems. (we use Teamtailor)
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Grow together with Beam where you will learn and use the following:
  • Gain experience in renewable energy and subsea sector, helping accelerate the transition to renewable energy
  • Professional HR or recruitment certification i .e CIPD
  • Experience in mentoring or leading a team
  • Expertise with AI tools, and improving recruitment operations
