How you'll make a differenceThis is a new and exciting role which will lead multiple feature teams who are responsible for the overall execution and build of complex technical Infrastructure solutions within the IT Enablement Value Stream. You'll develop, and refine technical end to end solutions, assisting the architects and feature team tech leads to come to overcome technical blockers, consult on design work and ensure the correct governance is followed. You'll also be responsible for ensuring technologies within your feature teams stream run efficiently and remain stable to meet customer needs. This role will work hand in hand with the Product Owner to aid in the assessment of prioritisations on the product backlog and ensure technical dependencies are understood.
What you'll bring

Proven experience in leading infrastructure technical teams
- Proven leadership, coaching and mentoring experience with the ability to build, manage and motivate high performing teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of datacentre infrastructure
- Dedication to tech innovation and continuous progression.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a Science or Engineering, related field or equivalent work experience.
