Senior Test Analyst

SSE are looking for an experienced Automation Test Analyst to join the growing IT Test Team., Requirements analysis and validation.

- Providing test estimates.

- Defining and documenting the approach to automation testing.

- Writing, programming, and running automated tests and regression suites.- Monitoring of issues and defects.

- Tracking of progress of testing and reporting to Team Lead with regular updates.

Solid experience as an Automation Test Analyst.

- Experience in development of API and Web UI Test Automation Frameworks.

- Experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps

- Experience in creating automated tests with .NET / C# (ideally .NET Core stack).

- Experience with Selenium and BDD (Specflow or Cucumber).

- Experience integrating automation frameworks in CI/CD pipeline.

- Experience with Git technologies and driving/managing code reviews.

- Knowledge of coding best practices and design patterns (e.g. POM and SOLID).

- Knowledge of both agile and waterfall testing approaches.

- Good communication skills and ability to liaise with key stakeholders.

- Experience in Power & Utilities industry would be an advantage.
