Full Job Description
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our talented and growing team to work on some of the most complex but rewarding challenges in health and social care.
Do you enjoy the design of interfaces for accessible, mobile enabled websites and applications?
Do you want to play a key role in growing a user-centred approach to the design and delivery of public-facing digital services used across Scotland?

Working within the User-Centred Design team within NES Technology Service you will have the opportunity to work within a multi-disciplinary team on products from discovery to delivery. With a strong track record in professional-facing applications, this is an exciting moment to join us as our portfolio now includes public-facing products which could grow to truly national scale.
Extensive experience as a UX designer developing websites, and/or software applications and mobile apps
A clear understanding of UX design techniques and user interface principles
Experience of using and contributing to a design system
Ability to confidently lead and facilitate workshops, usability studies, reviews and presentations
Highly experienced in collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, communicating design outputs in a clear, meaningful and actionable manner
Ability to work on own initiative, to organise and prioritise workload and to meet strict deadlines.
