Based at Bruce House, Wellgate, Arbroath.

This job is workstyle 5.

You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.

We are seeking a dedicated Service Development Officer to join our team.  Your duties will include:

  • delivering comprehensive training to all staff
  • carrying out competency checks for trainees
  • conducting software testing for all systems utilised by the service
  • assisting in the implementation of legislative and system changes
  • development of procedures and maintenance of guidance manuals

You will also ensure the service meets requirements and deadlines in relation to information governance including FOI’s and DPIA’s.
