Full Job Description

To undertake a range of development duties associated with the improvement of service delivery, performance management planning and stakeholder involvement for the community housing service. To liaise with other staff, members of other groups, departments and organisations, encompassing services and functions externally sourced on development issues that impact on the service. To work with frontline and other staff in the implementation of changes in policy and procedures across the service, and to ensure that the Social Housing Charter outcomes are achieved in relation to service delivery wherever possible.

Housing professional qualification or suitable relevant alternative post graduate qualification and substantial relevant experience in the field. Driving Licence As the duties of this role require you to effectively travel to successfully undertake the full remit of the role, you must hold a current driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
