Vacancy Information

Hourly rate of pay: £20.41 - £22.74

Days and Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:00
Flexi time is applicable, and starting and finishing times are flexible.

Home Working Consideration

Job Details

To undertake a range of development duties associated with the improvement of service delivery, performance management planning and stakeholder involvement for the Property Maintenance Service.

To liaise with other staff, members of other groups, department, and organisations, encompassing services and functions externally sourced on development issues that impact on the service.

To work with frontline and other staff in the implementation of changes in policy and procedures across the service, and to ensure that the Social Housing Charter outcomes are achieved in relation to service delivery wherever possible.

Job Requirements

Relevant Qualifications
Housing professional qualification or suitable relevant alternative post graduate qualification/substantial relevant experience in the field.

Driving Licence
A full current driving licence is desirable for this post.
