The Role

As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are successfully installed and commissioned worldwide. You’ll work both on-site at customer locations and in our workshop, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and commissioning of Zepf UK products at customer locations worldwide.
• Manufacturing and assembling components in our workshop.
• Supporting design and other technical areas as needed.

Requirements:

• HNC level qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in a similar environment would be a distinct advantage.
• Proven skills in manufacturing, tool room, and assembly work.
• Flexible and willing to travel and work away from home for extended periods.
• Prepared to work overtime and respond to short-notice assignments.
• Committed to maintaining high Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
• A results-driven approach with a commitment to achieving full customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage business activities with cost-awareness.
• Flexibility to travel and work away from home as required
