Full Job Description
- Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday, 9-5, with flexibility required. Participation in manager on-call rota)., 1. Short Term Housing Support: Provides up to 6 months of support across Fife, commissioned by Fife Council.
- Care at Home / Supported Living: Long-term, tailored support funded by social work spot contracts, helping individuals live independently and reduce isolation.
- Resettlement: Supports people resettled in Fife through the UK resettlement scheme, primarily in Leuchars.

We support over 200 people aged 16+ with various needs including mental health issues, homelessness, substance misuse, disabilities, and tenancy management challenges. All services follow a trauma-informed approach.
As a Service Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop the Fife Visiting Support Services.
- Supervise a team providing person-centered services to vulnerable people.
- Act as an ambassador for LinkLiving, securing funding and managing a complex budget and stakeholder network.
- Respond to needs, maximize service user involvement, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Serve as the (Care Inspectorate) Registered Manager and participate in the on-call rota.
Hold an SSSC-recognized qualification at SCQF Level 9 and are committed to achieving a management qualification.
- Experienced in leading or contributing to management teams in the care/support sector.
- Knowledgeable about the Social Care/Housing Support Sector and related legislation.
- Skilled in a specialized area of care/support (e.g., mental health, trauma).
- Non-judgmental, resourceful, and skilled in setting objectives and managing performance.
- Able to foster effective relationships with voluntary and statutory agencies.
- Proficient in written communication for reports and funding applications.
- Committed to service user involvement and flexible working hours.
