Full Job Description
- Evaluate tender opportunities and prepare bid submissions.
- Develop and implement a personal sales strategy to meet sales targets.
- Engage in business development by cultivating relationships with new customers.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations for client meetings.
- Perform general administrative tasks and maintain up-to-date CRM records.
- Participate in meetings to advocate for Pickerings Lifts.
- Assist customers in navigating contractual requirements.
- Manage sales negotiations effectively to close deals.
- Foster strong relationships with Pickerings Lifts Regional Offices.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills - Strong sales and commercial acumen
- Demonstrate a proven ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholder
- Effective time management skills
- Utilization of a consultative sales approach
- Target-driven individual with a track record of meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets
- Proficient in record-keeping and experienced with CRM systems.
- Proactive in business development, capable of making cold calls and managing incoming or existing leads.
- Experience in handling tenders and managing bid responses.
- Valid full driving license
