Here at Sopra Steria, we are seeking a skilled and visionary ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join our UK ServiceNow Practice. This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance the potential of the Now Platform. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our practice while delivering outstanding results for clients in large-scale, complex enterprise environments. Whilst you have the flexibility to work from home, travel will be as required to client site and our UK offices. What you'll be doing:

  • Shape Platform Strategy: Define enterprise-wide strategies for ServiceNow adoption, ensuring alignment with business objectives and architectural principles.
  • Lead Solution Design: Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and innovative ServiceNow platform solutions.
  • Exploit Emerging Technologies: Leverage advanced capabilities such as Generative AI (GenAI), automation, and machine learning to deliver transformative solutions.
  • Architect for Scale: Design solutions that meet the demands of complex, enterprise-scale environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance.
  • Drive Best Practices: Establish and promote ServiceNow best practices across projects to streamline implementation and improve solution quality.
  • Provide Technical Leadership: Collaborate with senior developers and project teams, offering guidance to make sure solutions are technically sound and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Support Pre-Sales Efforts: Engage in pre-sales activities by developing solution propositions and communicating them to prospective clients with confidence and clarity.
  • Evangelise the Platform: Act as an advocate for ServiceNow's capabilities, championing its value within Sopra Steria and to clients.
  • Make sure Security and Compliance: Architect solutions that meet the stringent security requirements of regulated and high-compliance environments.
  • What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow implementations, including solution design and leadership in large-scale or secure environments.
  • Demonstrable ability to translate complex business needs into innovative ServiceNow solutions.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise architecture and how platforms interact to deliver integrated, business-aligned solutions.
  • Experience designing and delivering solutions that scale effectively in large-scale and complex environments.
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Any two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HR, ITOM).
  • It would be great if you had:
  • Current advanced certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA).
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends, such as GenAI, automation, and DevSecOps.
