**Site Engineer – Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Projects**


Are you a skilled and motivated Site Engineer with experience in civil engineering and infrastructure projects? Do you want to work for a leading company with a strong reputation for delivering complex projects across Scotland? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!


Our client, a well-established civil engineering contractor, is seeking a Site Engineer to join their team. With a focus on infrastructure, roads, and public works, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a company renowned for its high-quality project delivery and innovation.


### Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute all setting out duties on-site, ensuring accuracy in line with project specifications.

- Carry out site surveys, establish site control, and set out works for earthworks, roads, drainage, and structures.

- Collaborate with the site management team, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Monitor progress on-site and ensure that work is completed to required quality standards, on time, and within budget.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and implementing any corrective actions.

- Prepare and maintain accurate site records, reports, and technical documentation.

- Assist in resolving any technical challenges or site issues as they arise.


### Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Site Engineer within the civil engineering or construction sectors, with a strong background in infrastructure or road projects.

- Proficiency in setting out using Total Stations, GPS equipment, and AutoCAD.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team.

- Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Strong communication and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- A degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- A valid CSCS card and full UK driving licence.
