Full Job Description

As a SHEQ Admin Co-Ordinator your purpose is to work with colleagues to embed a 'Culture of Quality & HSE' across all functions. You will be responsible for keeping the accidents and reporting portals up to date and ensuring that data is collected and distributed to the leadership teams throughout the business in the form of daily and monthly board reports. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring timely and effective communication with relevant business areas. You will also monitor and update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using PowerBI to track and analyse supply chain performance. As SHEQ Admin Co-Ordiantor, you will take responsibility for the control and management of compliance documentation, including LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations), PSSR (Pressure Systems Safety Regulations), and Contractor Control documentation.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in supply chain management, compliance documentation (or a related field), proficiency in PowerBI and data analysis. We require someone with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams for day-to-day tasks and communication. They should also have excellent communication and teamwork capabilities to collaborate effectively across departments, enthusiasm and a willingness to see tasks through to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
