Join our motivated team as a SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality) Assistant, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our group of companies, ensuring excellence in our Safety Health, Environment and Quality initiatives., As a key member of a small, dedicated team, you'll provide vital operational support across the business, contributing to our commitment to a safe and sustainable working environment for everyone.,
- Collaborate with the Group SHEQ Manager, Quality Manager and SHEQ Advisor to provide advisory support across all levels of the organisation.
- Administer the SHEQ Inspection system including user management, reporting and action updates.
- Assist in producing quarterly SHEQ reports and performance metrics
- Maintain a register of community engagement activities undertaken by Group companies and employees.
- Collect data for Carbon Footprint measurement and to facilitate initiatives to reduce it.
- Support the Quality Manager with Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and accreditations, while managing the PQQ library.
- Assist ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) functions as required by the business to help achieve its Sustainability / ESG plans and objectives.
- General administrative tasks, including updating training records.
Previous Experience in a similar administrative role preferably in a SHEQ, ESG or related field. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
