Full Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) Compliance Advisor to join our clients small team in Falkirk. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NEBOSH, audits, and the construction industry. This role involves ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations and standards.

This is an office-based role 5 days a week in Falkirk with the (very) occassional requirement to go out to site

Key Responsibilities:

Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and monitor SHEQ policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation and standards.

Quality Assurance:
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality management systems.
- Develop and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Working with customers in collating information required to successfully complete their company's accreditation, (i.e. SMAS, CHAS, ConstructionLine).
- working with customers in preparing and managing a Management System under ISO 9001; 45001 and 14001.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, clients, and other stakeholders on SHEQ matters.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure SHEQ considerations are integrated into project planning and execution.

Qualifications and Skills:
- A Professional health and Safety qualification is required, i.e. NEBOSH Construction or General.
- Proven experience in working in an auditing environment i.e. SMAS, CHAS, ConstructionLine, ISO 9001; 14001 and 45001
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competent on a computer with strong microsoft skills.
- Strong Administration skills.
- UK Drivers Licence.
