Full Job Description

Based at Fairmuir House, 365 Clepington Road, you will work full time, 37 hours per week., You will ensure the efficient progression of the sites/contracts under the control of the postholder, ensuring satisfactory completion in accordance with the Specification, Schedule of Quantities and to the required standard of workmanship.

You will have an HNC in building or equivalent in an appropriate subject, or you will be a time served tradesperson with relevant experience.

You will have Site Manager Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification or be willing to work towards., You will have experience in building construction and maintenance, knowledge of multi trades works, working knowledge of current health and safety legislation and previous experience as a supervisor.

You will also have good organisational abilities, be able to cope under pressure and with clerical duties and have experience of team building.

A full driving licence and a commitment to producing a quality service, with strong customer focus.

You will be flexible and willing to work additional hours when required.
