We are looking for a Site Engineer/Sub Agent to assist the site project manager and our setting out engineer at a new site in Coatbridge for a Tier 1 contractor.

This temporary requirement would be for at least the next 9 months initially but may well extend beyond that.

Role Description : 

- Assisting the project manager with record keeping, materials procurement, monitoring and reporting progress against program, health & safety related issues, interface with the client, QA etc. 

- Assisting our site based setting out engineer with drawing reviews for upcoming works for the purposes of identifying any additional information required, highlighting any elements of the design proposals that are problematic and offering alternative solutions. They will also be required to liaise with the client's design manager/co-ordinator and the design team via our RFI document. 

- A background in site engineering, records and a previous level of site management assistance would definitely be advantageous. 

Hours 

7.30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday.

7.30am - 2.30pm Friday. 

Small van and fuel card will be provided. Rate negotiable.
