Full Job Description

As a Site Management Coordinator, you'll be responsible for contractor management process and will lead all aspects of and control site risk assessments and method statements for the site.,

  • Being the first point of contact for inductions, permit compliance and be responsible for writing low-risk non-permittable documentation.
  • Driving the risk compliance agenda across the site to ensure improved site performance.
  • Ensuring zero additional costs to site through non-compliance, and (in line with Diageo's code of conduct) to source the most financially viable option when identifying suppliers of materials/training.
  • Supporting the leadership team as required, with the compliance agenda to ensure we're delivering against site vision and mission.
  • Health and safety compliance is key, and you'll be at the forefront of making sure this is supervised alongside other Key Performance Indicators and targets including reviewing, actioning and closing out governance checks. You'll be the key person on site for auditory compliance, collaborating closely with the auditor and other internal or external partners.

    We're looking for someone who can work well within a team as well as the ability to make effective decisions and thrive in situations where they can solve problems. You'll be able to push forward your own ideas about improvements to current approaches and appraise new opportunities. You'll have the drive to make a positive difference to manufacturing excellence and show your excellent communication skills. It'd be advantageous if you have/or be working towards a NEBOSH qualification however this is not crucial. However you'll need knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and environmental risk principles. A full clean driving license is required for this role.
