Full Job Description

As a Site Management Coordinator in our dynamic team, you'll contribute to world-class performance across Health & Safety, Quality, and Cost metrics while ensuring seamless on-site operations and contractor management. In this proactive and dynamic role, you'll:

  • Attend daily operational meetings and deliver on balanced scorecard goals.
  • Lead site compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to legislation, company policies, and standards.
  • Coordinate site governance actions, from document management to compliance with internal systems.
  • Manage contractor activities, including risk assessments, inductions, and scheduling of works.
  • Support audits, governance visits, and risk forums while driving continuous improvement.
  • Oversee training compliance, budget management, and asset care processes.

    We are looking for a dedicated professional with a passion for operational excellence and a commitment to compliance and safety. While experience in malt distilling is advantageous, it's not essential - we value your attention to detail and ability to drive results within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience working in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety requirements for production areas.
  • Proficiency in standard business software (MS Office).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Full UK driver's license.
  • NBOSH certificate is beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience in managing contractors and assessing risk documentation.
