Full Job Description

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a reputable fit-out contractor!

Contract Scotland are working with a leading fit-out contractor to source a Site Manager to support their strong project pipeline. Projects can range in value from £100k to £4m, and will be located throughout the UK, so a flexibility and willingness to travel is essential for this role.

They boast long-standing and close relationships with their clients and their team play a vital role in maintaining these connections through professionalism and outstanding service.

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will also be the face of the company on-site, representing their values and fostering strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage on-site teams to deliver high-end office fit-outs, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Oversee all stages of the project from planning to completion, including coordination of subcontractors, materials, and schedules.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining close, positive relationships and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management.
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure work is in line with specifications, standards, and client expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit-out projects.
- SMSTS.
- CSCS (Black Card preferred).
- First Aid.
- Full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel to projects nationwide.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to maintain positive relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- Proficient in IT.
