Full Job Description

Peace Recruitment is working with a of the busiest volume house builders in Scotland and due to an increased workload, are looking to recruit for a freelance Site Manager for a development in Montrose.

Responsibilities:

Plan and organise labour on site, including Sub Contractors
Ensure all resources are used efficiently on site
Keeping site records and registers up to date
Keep records and maintain electronic filing system
Ensure the site is a safe and tidy place to work and visit
Quality Control
Authorising timesheets for trades and labour
Maintaining high levels of safety standards on site

You will have a minimum of SSSTS or SMSTS qualification and a minimum of 6 years’ experience working within a house building environment, or on new build residential projects.

This is a temporary role initially for a period of 12 weeks, but is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build up their experience within the house building market while working for a reputable house builder.

Start date will be November.

The hourly rate will be £26 per hour.
