Your new role
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the final stages of a construction project, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. Your primary duties will include managing brickwork, cladding, and M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) packages. You will coordinate with subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain project timelines.


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of brickwork, cladding, and M&E packages.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• A valid CSCS card and relevant health and safety certifications.
• SMSTS
