Your typical day-to-day duties as Site Manager will include:

• Management of all site activity day-to-day (labour and subcontractor coordination).
• Responsibility for driving the programme and delivering quality products for customers.
• Providing first-class customer service throughout walkarounds / handovers with end client.
• All health and safety and NHBC related activity on site.
• Proactive mentoring of Assistant Site Manager on site. 

Key Skills required include:

• A proven track record delivering new build homes is a must given the nature and pace of this role.  
• Up-to-date CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificates are also required for this role.
