Full Job Description

As Site Manager (Gas), you will supervise on a day-to-day basis work 'arried out within the various gas work programmes. You will be responsible for the operational supervision of gas operatives and sub'ontra'tors on site a'ross a range of a'tivities su'h as gas boiler installations, gas servi'ing and gas repairs. The su''essful 'andidate will work as part of a team a'ross the range of work programmes. You will be responsible for the supervision of operatives and sub'ontra'tors ensuring they 'omply with 'ompany standards of work performan'e, 'ustomer servi'e and operating pro'edures.

It is essential you have knowledge of the 'onstru'tion industry and are IT literate with all Mi'rosoft Offi'e pa'kages. You will have experien'e of all relevant statutory gas legislation and regulations in'luding the Gas Industry Unsafe Situations Pro'edure (IGEM/G/11 +A:2018). You will manage operatives and 'ontra'tors on site ensuring safe systems of work and poli'ies, pra'ti'es and pro'edures are followed. You will also have experien'e of working in a 'omplian'e fo'used team, and of organising and prioritising your own workload, dealing 'almly with diffi'ult situations, and making de'isions under pressure. You will be qualified with a relevant 'ity and Guilds/NVQ 'ertifi'ate in Plumbing and Heating, 'urrent Domesti' A'S a''reditation in ''N1, 'ENWAT & 'PA1, Site Management Safety Training S'heme (SMSTS) or equivalent or willing to work towards, S'affold Inspe'tion 'ertifi'ation or willing to work towards, First Aid at Work 'ertifi'ation or willing to work towards, and a Full driving li'en'e or ability to meet the travel requirements of the post.
