Your New Employer:

Having an abundance of Awards to their name, this 5* National House Builder has a UK-wide reputation for building some of the highest quality homes in the country. Due to natural expansion, they have a requirement for an additional SITE MANAGER to join their operations team on a permanent basis. Due to the fast-paced nature of the business, you should be an energetic and driven Site Manager with demonstrable experience in a similar capacity for another leading housebuilder.

Your New Role:

You will become a key member of the management team, delivering a new build housing development in Edinburgh.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·       Plan and organise labour on site, including Sub Contractors.

·       Experience of working to the highest NHBC standard.

·       Ensure all resources are used efficiently on site.

·       Keeping site records and registers up to date.

·       Keep records and maintain electronic filing system.

·       Ensure the site is a safe and tidy place to work and visit.

·       Quality Control. 

·       Authorising timesheets for trades and labour.

·       Maintaining high levels of safety standards on site.

Key Criteria:

·       CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid tickets.

·       Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager with another leading housebuilder.

·       Proven experience of meeting deadlines and keeping costing guidelines.

·       Applicants must live within commuting distance of Edinburgh to be considered.
