Your role in detailAs a Siteworks Delivery Coordinator, you'll be part of the team who arrange delivery of our metering projects, from acceptance through to completion. You'll be home based and provided with the necessary training and equipment to undertake your role effectively.You'll be given high levels of autonomy in your role and be responsible for:Coordinating multiple tasks and activities to enable the timely delivery of a number of assigned projects.Ensuring that customer requirements are met or exceeded. Providing an effective and professional interface for Energy Assets Clients and Partners as part of the Siteworks team in the delivery of Energy Assets services. Providing a timely and accurate response to enquiries from customers, gas suppliers, developers and other end users and to ensure any SLA's and KPIs are met. Ensuring that information is accurately recorded and that industry processes are followed, particularly relating to GT1, GT2, GSC and ONJOB processes.Ensuring

internal approval processes are followed such as obtaining design approvals and SODA escalations.Ordering of materials required to complete project delivery.Ensuring project budget are adhered to and processing cost variations where required. What you'll needTo be considered for this position you will have at least 1 - 2 years previous administration experience ideally with a multi utility business. You will be an excellent communicator and have the ability to work on your own initiative.
