Job Description

To undertake street cleansing work including street sweeping duties in vehicle which requires Category C1 licence, litter picking, emptying and cleansing of litter/dog bins and other cleansing duties in accordance with Council policies and procedures.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.

The work pattern will be 2 days per week, 7.5 hours per day on Tuesday and Wednesday.

There will be a requirement to work public holidays or an alternative designated day and may be a requirement to work occasional overtime - including some weekends. 
 
Driving license essential.
