Full Job Description
- Ability to deliver excellence in customer service at all times.
- Constantly looking for new customers whilst offering a warm and friendly welcome.
- Oversee the slots and electronic gaming (ETG) areas offering assistance.
- Identify any food and beverage requirements using a proactive approach where appropriate.
- An understanding of the slots and the electronic gaming offer is preferable.
- Communicate any relevant promotional activity or events to customers.
- Share customer feedback with the general manager.
- Being flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including night shifts and weekends.
